100 Beats
Two days ago, I officially reached the 100 beats milestone. To be clear, I've made significantly more than 100 beats throughout my career, but I haven't been counting all this time. Also, I couldn't count even if I wanted to because there are computers that I no longer have, so I couldn't figure it out. The 100 beats are from the time I started making beats on the Ableton Push 3 in December of 2023. This accomplishment is, first and foremost, impossible for me without God's grace operating in my life. Along the way, there have been a lot of smaller wins that I'm proud of, which make up reaching this 100-beat milestone.

My First Time Eating Kangaroo
I went to Australia and had multiple firsts. This was my first time eating kangaroo. This particular bite was tougher than the rest of the serving so it was better after this first bite, but I'd def get it again. I also happened to try a crocodile burger and it was okay. I don't think I need to ever order again, but the thing that messed it up was too much sauce on it so it was sweet af.

My New Love For Trees
Around this time last year, I started a new phase in my life where I decided I was going to unapologetically value my ideas. It might sound crazy for the President and founding member of a company where that's the whole point of its existence to just now be making that decision. However, a decision like that isn't something you just wake up and decide to do. It's a process that takes time.

Zero Passive Days
I’m super blessed, but to be transparent, I have some habits that have cost me a lot in my eyes. I show up every day and put in work for sure. And elevate in some way constantly and I thank God for the desire and ability to do those things. But I would be lying if I said that some of my behaviors over the past 10+ years haven’t held me back in ways that only I know because I’m the only one who truly knows what I want. These are issues that I’ve dedicated this entire year to bringing into submission where they belong EVERY DAY. It’s going to be a process where every day there is something I’m doing or refusing to do; zero passive days.
